Whether you’re a former gymnast or have absolutely no idea what you’re doing, come play at your own pace. Test your balance on beam, hang out on the bars, stretch it out on the floor, or spend the evening bouncing. You don’t need a plan, a gymnastics background, or a single impressive skill to have a good time.
Bring a friend, make it a date night, or come solo and meet other adults who are also ready to do something different. Expect awkward attempts, little victories, and plenty of “wait, let me try that again.”
