This class is designed specifically for adults ages 18 and up who want to improve strength\, flexibility\, coordination\, body awareness\, and overall fitness while having fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.\nWhether you're a former gymnast looking to get back into the sport\, a cheerleader or dancer wanting to maintain your skills\, or someone who has always wanted to try gymnastics\, this class is for you. No previous experience is required\, and all skill levels are welcome. \nParticipants will work on a variety of gymnastics fundamentals and progressions\, including:\n• Strength and conditioning\n• Flexibility training\n• Tumbling & Equipment fundamentals\n• Balance and coordination\n• Personal skill goals \nOur experienced coaches will provide modifications and progressions to help each participant work at their own pace and ability level.\nCome challenge yourself\, learn something new\, meet great people\, and experience the excitement of gymnastics in a fun\, adult-friendly atmosphere! \nAges: 18+\nLocation: Tumbles Athletic Center\nSkill Level: Beginner to Advanced
